My name is Erika Chambers, I am entering my last semester at CCNY, majoring in Chemistry. I began participating in research last summer studying organometallic cross-coupling reactions to synthesize new organic molecules. The focus of our project has been achieving stereospecificity in final products as well as investigating the mechanism by which our reactions take place.
